1. Mr. Phil Marshall, Leasing and Sales Consultant was the individual with whom I consulted for my most recent purchase. He was always available to me, answering all of my inquiries, never tried to ‘force’ any purchase on me. When my vehicle was delivered, he went over every bit of information needed to make certain that I was comfortable with all the details before I drove it off the lot. Without pressure of any kind, he was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman.
2. A second person I want to commend at Valley Motors Subaru is Mr. Bud Swison (Service Department) with whom I have worked for the service needs of all three of my Subarus. He sees to it that every need that I have is well taken care of and does so in a gracious and effective manner. His attitude is that it's a real pleasure to take care of customers in thorough, prompt, efficient, and kindly way. Both of these gentlemen are real value to Valley Motors, may their tribe increase.
