Last week I called Valley Motors Volkswagen and spoke with Sylvia Duncan about my vehicle. She offered to have someone look at my car while I waited since I didn't have an appointment. Within a few minutes, Wally, the shop foreman, came out and asked me about the symptoms of my problem. He said he would test drive the car and let me know. Within 15 minutes, Wally had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I wanted to let you know how pleased and satisfied I am with your service organization and specifically with Sylvia and Wally. I am the owner of a 1999 Volkswagen Passat. I did not purchase my vehicle at Valley Motors, although I shall do so next time. But I have had my car serviced there for the past four years. My service advisor, Bud Swiston, has always been responsive when I telephone to schedule an appointment for routine service or other service matters. My vehicle is treated with care, and the diagnosis and repairs are done promptly and correctly. When I wait for service to be performed, Bud always has my car serviced quickly so I am not made to wait any longer than absolutely necessary. Bud makes me feel as though I am one of the most important customers, and that makes me feel special."...

I've just purchased my third vehicle at Valley Motors Subaru, located in Cockeysville, Maryland, and I want to identify two persons who have done outstanding work with me, in every process.
1. Mr. Phil Marshall, Leasing and Sales Consultant was the individual with whom I consulted for my most recent purchase. He was always available to me, answering all of my inquiries, never tried to ‘force’ any purchase on me. When my vehicle was delivered, he went over every bit of information needed to make certain that I was comfortable with all the details before I drove it off the lot. Without pressure of any kind, he was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman.
2. A second person I want to commend at Valley Motors Subaru is Mr. Bud Swison (Service Department) with whom I have worked for the service needs of all three of my Subarus. He sees to it that every need that I have is well taken care of and does so in a gracious and effective manner. His attitude is that it's a real pleasure to take care of customers in thorough, prompt, efficient, and kindly way.
Both of these gentlemen are real value to Valley Motor Subaru, may their tribe increase.
